I didn’t know that sushi bars with revolving plates still existed, but it turns out they do — right at Kinsa on the second floor or our condo complex. Just pick the plate you want as it slides by, put it in front of you, and start eating. It’s good entertainment, at least for the first five minutes.
Other than that, the big news to report is that this was Prescott’s first day at work as the Sustainability Planner for the Singapore American School. He has some pretty exciting projects lined up, but right now it’s mostly a matter of meeting people, getting to know the facilities, and being excited about the fact that the coffee maker is no more than six feet away from his desk. Oh, and our cafeteria served prata for lunch today …
